This is the story of my journey so far as a self-taught programmer, navigating my way in the tech industry. As an Outreachy Intern with Mozilla, I've been immersed in the world of frontend and backend development for Balrog, the Firefox Update Service. Now, I'm eager to transition into a full-time role or a self-employed contractor position as a Software Engineer, specializing in Back-End, Full-Stack, or Front-End development.

I'm comfortable working remotely, hybrid, or on-site in Nairobi, Kenya.

My fluency in Kiswahili and English, combined with my remote work experience, provides a unique blend of cross-cultural communication skills and familiarity with remote work environments. This multicultural perspective can be beneficial in international teams, where clear and efficient communication across different time zones is crucial.
As a quick learner with a particular interest in music, mental health, multimedia, and construction, I aim to contribute to software in any domain.
